Daily AI life
Public sentiment towards artificial intelligence (AI) differs widely by country with Chinese citizens being the most positive and French citizens the most negative. The poll, conducted by Ipsos for the World Economic Forum, also found that 60% of adults from the 28 countries surveyed expect that products and services using AI will profoundly change their daily life in the next three to five years. They generally expect AI to make their life easier, but only half say product and services using AI have more benefits than drawbacks. Interestingly, people from high-income economies are more skeptical about AI compared to people from middle and low-income countries. This could be due to the fear that AI will replace white collar jobs.
